Our client was riding his motorcycle with his friend on Belt Highway in St. Joseph, Missouri. The other driver had a green light but not a green arrow, meaning he had to yield to motorists with the right-of-way. The other driver claimed he could not see our motorcyclist client and hit him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This collision left our client with multiple injuries, including a fractured pelvis, broken wrist, broken collarbone, and multiple internal injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the serious injuries our client received, he needed immediate medical attention and was not able to make his statement to the police. Since the police officers only got one side of the story, our client was cited for speeding and careless driving, while the at-fault driver was cited for nothing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As his motorcycle accident attorney, we left no stone unturned to unmask the truth. We hired an expert to dissect the scene. The expert was able to prove that the at-fault driver had no excuse for not seeing our client on his motorcycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our client was in nursing school at the time of the accident. With all of his injuries, he was not able to fulfill his duties as a nurse.
