While the employer\u2019s insurer attempted to argue a safety violation that would have cut his benefits in half, we successfully demonstrated that our client was entitled to full benefits and overcame the potential violation.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This argument was supported by an OSHA fine against the company.
