A husband and wife were seriously injured when their vehicle was struck in a chain-reaction crash involving a semi-truck. They each suffered multiple severe injuries, including fractured ribs, a fractured pelvis, a brain hemorrhage, and more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although the semi-truck carried a commercial policy, there were multiple victims (including severely injured children), and the policy limits were insufficient to cover the damages.  Our clients received money from the semi-truck’s insurance and pursued claims against their own underinsured motorist policy.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At first, the insurance company questioned whether their policy would cover our clients, stating that the semi-truck was not \u201cunderinsured\u201d. Our car accident attorney relied on legal precedent and ultimately secured a $275,000 settlement<\/strong><\/a> for each client<\/strong>. This outcome ensured the couple received the compensation they deserved despite the limited liability distribution.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
