Through thorough research, we documented prior crimes on the property and demonstrated the lack of adequate security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Initially, the insurance company offered $100,000, which wasn\u2019t enough for the client\u2019s losses. The case proceeded to mediation, where the defense\u2019s best offer was $300,000. After one final push post-mediation, our client received a <a href=\"https:\/\/ppcdmlaw.wpenginepowered.com\/settlement-checks\/\"><strong>$425,000 settlement<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The settlement covered medical bills, lost wages, and emotional damages, with more than half going directly to our client.
