Investigators cited the at-fault driver for multiple violations, including careless driving, improper passing,&nbsp;failing to signal, and equipment issues. These&nbsp;negligent actions&nbsp;helped clearly show that the crash was preventable and caused by reckless behavior behind the wheel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At first, the insurance company refused to negotiate and made a low settlement offer due to low medical bills.
